Large single-wallet movements and a substantial net inflow mark notable stablecoin activity at leading exchanges
Several sizable Tether USDT transfers involving major cryptocurrency exchanges were recorded on November 1, including an $800 million deposit to Binance from an unidentified wallet and a separate 40 million USDT movement to Coinbase.
An unknown wallet sent $800 million in USDT to Binance in one transaction detected at 1:43 a.m. ET. The movement registers as a significant exchange inflow. A transfer of this size to an exchange does not by itself confirm any subsequent sale or trading activity, and the sender’s intent remains unidentified.
In a separate transaction the same day, Binance moved 100 million USDT to an unknown wallet. A single outgoing transfer does not determine the exchange’s overall net position for the period.
Over the 24-hour window ending with a November 1 reading, Binance posted a net inflow of 539 million USDT. Net inflow measures the difference between USDT entering and leaving the platform during that interval. The figure indicates that deposits exceeded withdrawals by that amount.
Separately, an unknown wallet transferred 40 million USDT to Coinbase. The transaction was observed on November 1 and adds to the day’s notable stablecoin movements across major trading venues.
Taken together, the transfers show elevated USDT activity concentrated around Binance, with an additional deposit reaching Coinbase. Each movement records the direction and size of funds but does not establish trading outcomes or market impact beyond the flows themselves.
