Coinbase has placed four tokens on its public listing roadmap, with trading for two expected as early as August 24 pending final conditions
Coinbase has updated its asset listing roadmap to include Basecat (BASECAT),DebtReliefBot (DRB),Dolphin (POD) and Grass (GRASS). The exchange also noted Cluster Protocol (CP) in related updates. The move places the tokens under active evaluation for potential trading support.
BASECAT, DRB, POD and CP operate on the Base network, Coinbase’s Ethereum layer-2 chain. GRASS runs on the Solana network. Roadmap inclusion signals that the assets are undergoing legal, security and technical review but does not confirm that trading will open on any fixed date.
BASECAT is a community-driven meme coin on Base centered on a cat character. It has no formal product roadmap, staking or governance features and has primarily drawn attention through social activity and exchange-related developments.
DebtReliefBot, or DRB, is an AI-themed token on Base connected to recent agent-to-agent narrative trends. Its activity has centered on community discussion rather than a conventional development schedule.
Dolphin, trading under the POD ticker, is a decentralized AI inference project on Base. Users can contribute idle GPU capacity for AI workloads. Network revenue supports token buybacks, and holders may stake into vaults to share in that activity.
Grass is a Solana-based decentralized physical infrastructure network that compensates users for sharing unused internet bandwidth. The contributed capacity gathers public web data used in AI training, with verification handled through zero-knowledge proofs.
| Token | Network | Category |
|---|---|---|
| BASECAT | Base | Meme coin |
| DRB | Base | AI-themed |
| POD | Base | Decentralized AI / DePIN |
| GRASS | Solana | DePIN / data infrastructure |
Coinbase indicated that trading for BASECAT and DRB is expected to begin on August 24, 2026. Support for POD and GRASS is anticipated later the same week. Both timelines remain subject to market-making arrangements and adequate technical infrastructure being in place.
Once those conditions are satisfied, the exchange will issue a separate announcement confirming the start of trading. Until that point, transfers and trading of the tokens are not supported on the platform.
The roadmap update prompted increased trading interest across the four tokens. BASECAT recorded particularly sharp moves and elevated volume after earlier exposure on other platforms and wallet services. DRB and POD also registered notable short-term percentage gains among AI-related assets tracked by market data services.
Liquidity for the newer and lower-capitalization tokens remains relatively thin, and price swings can reverse rapidly. The selection of assets aligns with current market focus on Base-network projects and tokens linked to artificial intelligence and data-infrastructure narratives.
Coinbase has reiterated that roadmap placement is only one step in its evaluation process. Full listing depends on completion of compliance, security and operational reviews, and no outcome is guaranteed until a formal trading announcement is released.
