Bitfinex Securities, the tokenized investment platform connected to the Bitfinex exchange, has listed five new notes that track the economic performance of shares in publicly traded Bitcoin treasury firms. The products cover Strategy, Japan’s Metaplanet, Sweden’s H100 Group and France’s Capital B, along with Strategy’s variable-rate perpetual preferred stock known as STRC.

The notes were issued through ORO (II),a Luxembourg umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities and structured via the European tokenization platform STOKR. Regulated financial institutions hold the underlying securities in custody. Investors receive economic exposure without direct ownership of the corresponding company shares. Separate fund compartments support each individual note.

Product Details and Trading Pairs

The Strategy note trades under the ticker CMSTR and is structured so that each full note is backed by the equivalent of 100 Strategy Class A common shares, which trade on Nasdaq under MSTR. The Metaplanet note, ticker CMPTL, follows a parallel design with each full note backed by 100 Metaplanet common shares listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under ticker 3350. Fractional units of both products are available.

A third product, STRCst, delivers exposure to Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. Each STRCst note is backed by one STRC share and passes through the associated economic rights, including the variable annual cash dividend.

All five notes trade against the US dollar, Tether’s USDT and Bitcoin. Fractional exposure starts from approximately one dollar, subject to eligibility rules and product-specific minimums. Access is limited to eligible non-US investors.

Regulatory Framework and Platform Scale

The securities operate on the Liquid Network under the supervision of El Salvador’s Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales. Bitfinex Securities requires the use of approved wallets and applies identity verification together with anti-money-laundering controls for transfers.

With the five new listings, the platform’s total reaches 12 tokenized investment products across 27 trading pairs. Listed assets now exceed 500 million dollars. The addition follows an earlier record 50 million dollar tokenized capital raise for metals company Alkemya.

Bitfinex Securities has signaled further expansion. Planned offerings include a gold yield fund, private credit notes linked to Bitcoin mining, and a tokenized US money market fund.

The new notes broaden the range of instruments available on the regulated tokenized securities platform beyond the fixed-income products that previously dominated the market.
