The exchange is expanding access for selected tokens and networks in stages while deposits stay open and additional assets await clearance
Binance is progressing with staged restorations of withdrawal services for multiple cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks following a security incident. Updates released in early November outline phased reopenings based on completed security and readiness checks, with deposits continuing to function throughout the process.
In its ninth recovery update, Binance scheduled a new round of withdrawals to begin at 11 p.m. ET on November 5, equivalent to 04:00 UTC on November 6. The plan covers assets including USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP and CAKE across networks such as BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon and Arbitrum. Access opens only after individual route-specific security and readiness checks, meaning not every listed asset becomes available simultaneously.
A related notice expanded the scope to nine networks: BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, MATIC, Arbitrum, AVAXC, TRX and Sui. Named assets in that phase included USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, Ether and FDUSD. The exchange directed users to its withdrawal page for real-time status on each route. Temporary delays or extended processing times may occur for some users during the staged restart. If a withdrawal fails, the advice is to retry after a short wait.
Binance indicated that the order of restoration prioritized user demand observed over the preceding week. Additional assets are expected to be added once conditions are met and further checks conclude.
A subsequent plan dated November 6 calls for reopening withdrawals for six specific tokens—HYPE, INJ, APT, PLASMA, NEAR and LTC—before the November 14-15 weekend. The same update includes resumption of token withdrawals on networks already restored, among them BSC, Ethereum, MATIC, ARB, POL and OP.
These steps form part of an ongoing recovery sequence. Deposits have remained available while withdrawal capabilities expand network by network and asset by asset. The exchange continues to assess readiness for further expansions as security reviews progress.
Availability continues to depend on completion of the required checks for each combination of asset and network. Users monitoring their accounts can track progress through the exchange’s withdrawal interface as the phased process advances.
