Privacy-focused exchange Aster partners with World Liberty Financial to launch a rewards campaign tied to real-world asset perpetuals denominated in USD1, distributing 125 million WLFI and 6.25 million USD1 through year-end
Aster, a privacy-first onchain trading platform backed by YZi Labs, has begun Phase 1 of its USD1 RWA Boost campaign in collaboration with World Liberty Financial. The initiative offers participants a combined pool of 125 million $WLFI tokens and 6.25 million USD1 stablecoins as incentives for trading activity on selected real-world asset perpetual markets.
The effort follows the rollout of AOS-2, Aster’s expansion of its Aster Open Standards framework beyond spot markets into perpetual futures. The company positions AOS-2 as a standardized, transparent process that allows external projects to propose and list new perpetual markets on Aster Chain.
Under the AOS-2 rules, applicants must stake 1 million $ASTER tokens, which remain locked for four years with no early withdrawal option. The proposal then advances to an onchain vote by validators. Successful proposals move to Aster’s risk team for configuration, with markets potentially going live as soon as the next day. Rejected applications result in the full return of the staked tokens.
Listing decisions follow published onchain criteria, while leverage limits and other risk parameters remain under Aster’s direct control. The company states this approach speeds the introduction of new markets while preserving oversight of trading conditions.
Phase 1 of the USD1 RWA Boost runs from August 31 through December 31, 2026. Eligible perpetual pairs denominated in USD1 include SPCX/USD1, CL/USD1, XAU/USD1, SNDK/USD1, SKHYNIX/USD1 and MU/USD1. These contracts cover a mix of energy, precious metals and equity-linked real-world assets.
Participants accumulate Trading Points based on taker volume in the eligible pairs; those points determine allocation from the 6.25 million USD1 reward pool. Separate Open Interest Points are earned by maintaining positions in the same markets and govern shares of the 125 million $WLFI pool. Traders who select Single Asset Mode and use USD1 as collateral receive a twofold multiplier on their Open Interest Points. Points are tallied in weekly epochs, with corresponding rewards distributed the following week.
Aster operates as a privacy-oriented venue offering perpetual futures, spot trading and yield products. Its features include Hidden Orders designed to conceal user trading activity. The platform is built on Aster Chain, a Layer 1 blockchain developed for decentralized finance applications that encompass real-world assets, meme tokens and established cryptocurrencies.
The joint campaign pairs the new listing framework with direct incentive support from both Aster and World Liberty Financial. Company statements indicate the first set of USD1-denominated RWA perpetuals demonstrates the practical operation of the AOS-2 model and is intended to generate immediate trading volume. Aster has stated its intention to expand further as additional real-world and crypto-native assets become available for onchain trading.
Eligible pairs, reward parameters and campaign rules remain subject to adjustment. Participants are directed to review the official campaign page for the most current details. Trading in cryptocurrencies and leveraged products carries substantial risk of capital loss.
