Exchange halted deposits and trading for the assets on October 23. Customers have until January 29, 2027, to withdraw balances before scheduled liquidation begins in early February
Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has completed the trading and deposit cutoff for 13 digital assets, shifting the process into a dedicated withdrawal window for account holders. Trading and deposit support for the tokens ended at 14:00 UTC on October 23, 2026. Customers retaining balances of the affected assets now face a firm deadline to move them off the platform.
The delisted tokens are Beamable Network (BMB),Elixir (ELX),Apu Apustaja (APU),Bondex (BDXN),DuckChain (DUCK),BOS Token (BOS),Union (U),Obol (OBOL),IDEX (IDEX),Stafi Protocol (FIS),UXLINK (UXLINK),ALTHEA (ALTHEA) and Nobody Sausage (NOBODY).
Withdrawals remain open until 15:00 UTC on January 29, 2027. After that point, any remaining balances are scheduled for liquidation between February 1 and February 12, 2027. The exchange has separated the trading halt from the withdrawal period, giving holders additional time to act even though the assets can no longer be bought or sold on its order books.
Successful withdrawals depend on more than simply initiating a transfer from a Kraken account. The receiving wallet or service must support the specific token and its underlying network. A matching ticker symbol on another platform does not automatically confirm compatibility, as tickers can be reused and assets may exist in different technical forms. Holders must also confirm that the destination service continues to accept deposits of the asset in question.
Moving tokens into personal custody shifts full responsibility for storage, recovery and future trading access to the account holder. Kraken has stated that balances left after the January 29 deadline will enter the liquidation process. The exchange has cautioned that several of the assets trade in limited or inactive markets, meaning liquidation proceeds could prove minimal or zero. No minimum sale price or guaranteed recovery percentage has been provided.
A displayed reference price on any platform does not constitute a promise of executable value during liquidation. Thin demand can result in final proceeds well below recent quoted levels once larger balances are offered for sale.
Account holders with remaining balances of the 13 tokens have roughly three months to complete withdrawals before the cutoff. Those who miss the January 29 deadline will see their positions processed during the February liquidation period under the conditions set by the exchange. The process follows standard exchange procedures for assets removed from trading support, with clear separation between the end of market activity and the final opportunity to remove funds.
